Do people really think that allowing people who can barely make ends meet from one paycheck to another will be able to invest in high risk securities?The difference between the rich and everybody else is the financial wherewithal to invest at all. Although making this legal change might be a good idea, it will do virtually nothing to address wealth inequality.
